Anhinga at Corkscrew Swamp

The anhinga, sometimes called the snakebird, darter or American Turkey, is a familiar site in the Florida swamps.

This one was drying its wings in the branches of a tree after a successful dive beneath the waters of the Audubon Society's Corkscrew Swamp refuge near Naples.
